Is my dog eligible for this offer?
If you have a pup that has never been a guest at Bed & Biscuit Austin, they can take advantage of this offer.
If you have a pup that has not stayed with us in 2+ years, they are also eligible for this offer! We’re excited to have you back!
How long can I use this offer?
You have 30 days to take advantage of this offer. Your 30 days starts at purchase date, which will be your dog’s first visit with us.
This gives you plenty of flexibility to schedule days that work best for you and your pup’s schedule.
We’ll help you track your remaining days to ensure you make the most of your package before the expiration date.
What happens if I don't use all my days?
Any unused days will expire on the 31st day following your offer start date/dog’s first day of daycare.
We encourage you to schedule visits ahead of time to make the most of your unlimited stays.
Can I share this offer with other dogs?
No. Unlimited Daycare is available per dog (and is non-transferrable).
Is this offer refundable or transferable?
No. This offer is non-refundable or transferable except in very rare circumstances. Our team is here to help find solutions if you encounter special situations.
Is there a discount for multiple dogs?
Not for this offer! But we love multi-dog families and offer boarding discounts for dogs from the same household.
Unlimited Daycare is available per dog.
Do you have breed or size restrictions?
We welcome all breeds and sizes, including intact dogs and those who may be dog-reactive!
For everyone’s safety, we cannot accommodate human-aggressive dogs.
Our facility is designed to accommodate every dog’s unique needs, and we create small, appropriate playgroups based on size, energy level, and play style to ensure everyone has a safe and fun experience.
What's included in daycare?
Your dog’s day includes supervised play sessions with access to toys and regular potty breaks, rest periods on raised beds in their own space, and lots of love and attention from our experienced staff! We provide fresh water and can handle meals and medications as needed.
Do you offer daycare on weekends?
While we do offer weekend daycare based on availability, our weekend hours are more limited than weekdays. Our weekend drop-off and pick-up windows are:
Saturday: 8am-10am and 2pm-4pm
Sunday: 11am-12pm and 3pm-7pm
We recommend booking weekend visits in advance to ensure we can accommodate your pup!
What are your hours?
Our drop-off and pick-up hours are:
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 10:30 AM
3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
While we can accommodate outside these hours for a $25 fee, we recommend staying within regular hours to maximize your dog’s daycare experience.
How do I schedule days?
After finalizing your offer with a member of our staff, you can easily schedule visits through your online customer portal or by phone or email.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
Do you require any assessments?
No assessments or trial days are required! We just need to verify that your dog’s vaccinations are current before their first visit.
What if my dog doesn't like daycare?
Every dog is unique, and we celebrate that!
If small group play isn’t your dog’s style, we’ll arrange one-on-one playtime with a dedicated staff member to ensure they still have an amazing day.
