Yes. To be fair to everyone with a package, package nights are not redeemable for the nights November 22-30, 2025 due to limited available during this busy holiday.

All promotional package nights must be used by December 18, 2025. This gives you plenty of flexibility to schedule stays that work best for you and your pup’s schedule. We’ll help you track your remaining nights to ensure you make the most of your package before the expiration date.

Any unused nights will expire after December 18, 2025, without refund or transfer options. We encourage you to schedule stays ahead of time to make the most of your package.

Packages can be shared among dogs from the same household but cannot be shared with dogs from different households.

Packages are non-refundable or transferable except in very rare circumstances. Our team is here to help find solutions if you encounter special situations.

We don’t require assessments or trial days; however, first-time stays with us have a maximum length of four nights. We will also need to verify that your dog’s vaccinations are current before their first visit.

We welcome all breeds and sizes, including intact dogs and those who may be dog-reactive! For everyone’s safety, we cannot accommodate human-aggressive dogs. Our facility is designed to accommodate every dog’s unique needs, and we create small, appropriate playgroups based on size, energy level, and play style to ensure everyone has a safe and fun experience.

Your dog’s overnight stay includes supervised play sessions with access to toys and regular potty breaks, rest periods on raised beds in their own space, and lots of love and attention from our experienced staff! We provide fresh water and can handle meals and medications as needed.

After purchasing your package, you can easily schedule visits through your online customer portal, by phone, or email. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.

Our drop-off and pick-up hours are Monday through Friday, 7-10:30am and 3-7pm. While we can accommodate outside these hours for a $25 fee, we recommend staying within regular hours to maximize your dog’s daycare experience.
